Daisy Homecare currently acts as agency to provide individuals with the care they need, through our team of experienced and highly trained carers. All carers are DBS checked, self-employed and self-insured whilst also being trained to the highest standard.
BESPOKE PACKAGES
At Daisy Homecare, we work with you, the individual to make sure your care package suits your needs, preferences and day to day requirements.

Starting at timed visits of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes to 60 minutes - or more depending on what you require, at a time that suits you. Our self-employed carers are there to assist you with anything from personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation and domestic tasks.

Even if it is a check-in visit or a social call, Daisy Homecare is here to help you every step of the way with whatever you need. If required, your loved ones are also welcome to be involved in every decision made and we highly welcome it.

We start all care enquires with a face to face meeting and assessment. This allows us to get to know you on a one to basis and allows us to understand how we can help you. It also allows us to assess your needs and the environment you live in prior to sending a carer to you, to make sure everything is prepared prior to the commencement of service. It also allows yourself and any loved ones to ask any questions and get as much information as possible too!
We want you to feel like you are in the best possible hands, feeling safe, secure and cared for. The team at Daisy Homecare are there every step of the way to help ease any anxieties or worries surrounding your care package requirements.
OUR CARE SERVICES
Personal Care
​
Our carers are self-insured* and DBS checked, which covers them to be able to assist with day to day personal care, including bathing, assistance with dressing (day and night) and dental care.

*Proof of this certificate available on request.
​
Medication Assistance
​
Our carers are fully trained to assist with the administering of medication as long as this is prescibed by a qualified pharmacist*, this also includes certain creams, gels, ointments and eyedrops.
​
If you are independent with medication but occassionally need a little reminder, our carers can also be on hand to prompt and make sure you are taking your medication on time.
​
*Shop bought items are subject to a signed disclaimer by the individual or nominated individual.

Nutrition and Hydration
​​
If you require support with meal preparation and fluids, our carers are on hand throughout the day to support you with this.
​
We can offer calls to suit you around breakfast, lunch and tea. Longer call times are highly encouraged if you prefer the taste of a home cooked meal.
​
Domestic Visits
​
Keeping on top of household tasks can be overwhelming or even a bit difficult to achieve depending on an individual's circumstances.
​
Our carers are on hand and trained to be able to help you any household tasks you may need. We offer domestic visits to suit this and help you with general tidying and cleaning, to decluttering and organisation.
Social Visits / Companionship
​
Sometimes... a little company and a friendly face is all you need.
​
Our social visits start at 60 minute visits and can be as long as you require within our opening times. Whether it is just a little company you need in your own home, someone to play a game with, watch TV with or accompany you out on a walk - our carers are trained and on hand to be that support.
​
If you are a full time carer for a loved one, we also offer you this time as 'you time'. It allows you to take a break and do something just for you.
​
Our carers insurance also fully covers them for trips out with you, allowing you to get out of the house more often.
Shopping Calls
​
If you require support with your weekly shop or even just a few items, we offer this as an available service.
​
Through our carers insurance, you are fully covered to join them on any shopping visit... or if you prefer, you can stay in the comfort of your own home whilst one of our carers completes your shopping for you and brings it back to your home... complete with a receipt and change for your evidence, putting your mind at rest.
​
If required, our carers can also be on hand to pick up your prescription from your nominated pharmacy.
